    Welding parts, frames, flanges and more can look back on a long tradition at FRITZ. Even before CNC machines found their way into our factory halls, we were already carrying out welding work. Today, we do a wide range of work, and usually not just any work: For example, we weld complex assemblies, components, frames, tools, brackets, devices or mobile transport systems for further processing for our customers from the demanding technical SME sector. <\/p>\n

    Our welded parts are often one-offs based on plans and specifications. Here, but also in other areas such as flanges, bends or valves, we have many years of experience and the necessary equipment. This even includes leak testing at the end of the process.       Many suppliers can only weld. But FRITZ is often approached by customers who, in addition to professional welding workmanship, also value a broad range of expertise for \"thinking along\" or \"collaborating\". At FRITZ, customers receive an all-round carefree package when it comes to welding. We can provide expert advice on technical production issues, even provide support in engineering matters and completely take over quality testing - and more. In principle, customers can order a complete component from A to Z from us and simply say: \"Do it!\" <\/p>\n

      QUALITY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE<\/h3>\n

      As a welder at FRITZ, you are focused on \"special\" from head to toe. Many special parts, many special requests - and often also many special services before or after the welding process. Whether consulting, engineering or quality inspection. We not only deliver service quality - we can also test, validate, document or certify quality. <\/p>\n

      Do you want to be on the safe side when it comes to quality? We test sensitive parts such as flanges, nozzles, containers and more in-house for leaks (e.g. with helium or a water bath) and issue certificates. After all, what do we have in-house contract testing and our own testing equipment for? But that's not all: we also have an accredited test laboratory for material and crack testing. <\/p>\n

      WELDING FROM LARGE TO FILIGREE<\/h3>\n

      FRITZ has experience with large components, for which we have lifting tables, for example. But we are also familiar with delicate tasks, such as wire frames for washbasin frames.
