EXAMPLE: FRITZ TESTING DEVICE FOR MEASURING MACHINE

Device for decoupled loading of a vibration-damped measuring machine in a clean room (!).

  • Various slides are placed on - or removed from - the machine's zero-point tray via an elevated rail system
  • The slides are exchanged by overhead crane
  • Placing the objects on the carrier by crane is simplified by guide pins
  • Objects are secured against slipping with adjustable stoppers
  • The slides are moved out of the working area of the machine for safe loading and locked in place in a stable position
  • The slide is placed in the machine using a hand crank
  • After depositing, the slide is completely decoupled from the carriage and left to the measuring machine

The device was designed according to ISO6 cleanroom criteria and does not contain any electrical components.
