CNC parts production for the clean room
Good from experience - and cleanroom-compatible. At FRITZ, CNC individual parts, small and medium-sized series and assemblies can be produced economically. Contamination due to the carry-over of coolant residues or the use of different materials on the machines are foreign concepts for us. We have everything under control and ensure that the required quality is achieved at the latest with our dry cleaning with RGA.

High-precision manufactured individual parts are carefully assembled and joined together in our clean rooms. Vacuum system for dry cleaning (with RGA)
Expand your cleaning process chain. Fritz vacuum system for dry cleaning with residual gas analysis. The residual gas analysis is converted into an i.O/n.i.O. protocol using specially developed software. protocol, so that you can also work more effectively and safely in the evaluation. MORE CLEANROOM CAPACITY: 600 SQUARE METERS
Our cleanroom department with a capacity of 600 square meters is fully operational. The production of devices in a cleanroom environment for applications in a wide range of industries has become established. Our cleanroom area comprises two cleanroom classes - ISO 5 and ISO 7 - and enables the production of large and complex devices as well as small and large series for our customers. With this configuration, large and complex devices, small and large series can be realized for our customers' cleanroom applications.
Our "Cleaning tools for cleanroom applications" service expands the range of services we offer. We clean according to customer-specific cleaning standards and offer cleaning up to cleanroom class ISO 5 - from ISO 9 to ISO 8, ISO 7 and ISO 6 through to ISO 5. We also carry out Tenax sampling on request to enable qualified acceptance according to individual specifications.
A particular highlight of our equipment is our in-house vacuum dry cleaning system, which we operate with residual gas analysis. The analysis results are not only output as a mass spectrum, but are also evaluated using our own software. This provides our customers with a clear i.O. / n.i.O. report, which enables a simple and precise assessment of the cleaning results.
The cleanroom department consists of four sections: Cleanroom, ISO 7 Cleanroom, ISO 5 Cleanroom and Darkroom. Thanks to well thought-out planning and precise implementation, it is optimally tailored to the requirements of our customers.
