Flow & leakage contract testing (pneumatic)
For pneumatic flow or leak testing on a contract basis, we use different measuring methods depending on the requirements: the relative pressure method, the differential pressure method and leak testing by flow measurement.
Leak test with purge gas He (vacuum, accumulation ...)
The helium leak test in wages is based on the detection of helium as a test medium, which is only present in the air in an extremely low natural concentration. Even the detection of a minimal amount of helium provides a reliable assessment of the leak tightness.
Leak test in a water bath (bubble test)
Leak testing with the BETty bubble emission test system localizes leaks in packaging types and components via a water bath leak test. And reliably identifies leaks.
