FUNCTIONAL TEST SYSTEMS: HYDRAULIC, PNEUMATIC - AND MORE

Functional testing systems for hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, magnetic and other testing tasks? FRITZ offers system concepts for complex and combined functional tests. For functional test systems, it is crucial to transfer multiple input variables to test objects within specified tolerances in a reliable process. This process checks whether the output values are within the defined limits. The results include measuring points and characteristic curves and ultimately lead to an evaluation in the form of "positive" or "negative". This data and characteristic curves are evaluated via software. In addition, the information on the test objects is stored and statistically validated.

FUNCTIONAL TEST SYSTEMS AT A GLANCE

  • Hydraulic testing systems
  • Electrical and pneumatic test systems
  • Series systems, manual test stations
  • Cleanroom mechanical engineering
  • Engineering, specifications, testing, preliminary tests
  • Commissioning and training directly at the customer's premises
  • Support, maintenance, service, documentation, certification and more

YOU HAVE THE FUNCTIONAL TESTING TASKS - WE HAVE THE SYSTEMS AND SOLUTIONS!

With our functional test systems, we can process a wide range of different input variables, such as pressures, voltages, speeds, flow rates, temperature and more. For example, we measure and determine flow rates, pressures or pressure curves, electrical flow and voltage behavior, resistances, torques and so on. We can then determine characteristic curves and parameters, such as switching times, gradient curves, envelope curves, forces, travel, etc., from the many possible combinations of this data.

Industrial cameras and vision systems with camera inspection can also be used. The interdisciplinary development team at FRITZ is looking forward to your task. Try us out!
